Questions about the process
Will someone ring me?
No. We won't ring you unless you ask us to. The mockup arrives by email with the price and launch date. Reply if you want to go ahead.
What does “unlimited changes” mean?
Ask for a change in plain English in the editor, such as a new price, a new photo or a holiday closure. You'll see a preview, and nothing goes live until you press Publish. Adding a whole new feature, like booking, changes your monthly fee.
Will I lose my Google rankings, domain or email?
No. You keep your domain and your email. Every old address redirects to its new page, so pages that rank in Google keep their history.
What if I don't like the mockup?
We'll do one more pass, or stop there. You've spent nothing, and the design is yours to keep.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace or WordPress. Does that matter?
Not for the mockup. For the rebuild, we'll tell you plainly if staying on your current platform would be cheaper. Sometimes it is.
What do you need from me?
For the mockup, just your web address. For the rebuild, we need access to your domain settings on launch day, or we can walk you through doing it yourself in ten minutes.
