Why pay $149 a month to rent one?
Most monthly websites in New Zealand are rented. The build cost is hidden in the fee, you pay it forever, and when you stop, the site goes. Ours costs less than half as much, and the code becomes yours.

Questions about price
What does it cost?
The build is free, up to 10 pages. After that you pay $49 a month + GST for hosting, security and unlimited changes. Online booking or payments add a little more if you need them. There's no deposit and no lock-in.
Why is the build free?
Because we've made building fast. Most of the design and writing is done by AI, and a person checks every page before it goes live. Building costs us very little, so we don't charge you for it. We earn our money from hosting and changes, which means we only do well if you stay happy.
What's the catch?
There isn't one hidden in the fine print. You pay $49 a month for as long as you want the site hosted and changed. Your domain and content are always yours, and after 12 months the site's code is yours too, so you can take it anywhere.
Why give the mockup away?
Showing the work sells better than describing it, and it costs us less than a sales team. If you don't hire us, you keep the file, and you get to judge the work instead of a pitch.
What does “unlimited changes” mean?
Ask for a change in plain English in the editor, such as a new price, a new photo or a holiday closure. You'll see a preview, and nothing goes live until you press Publish. Adding a whole new feature, like booking, changes your monthly fee.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Type what you want changed, like a price, opening hours or a photo, and preview it before it goes live. You don't need to touch code or learn a website builder.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time with no fees. Your domain, words and photos are yours whenever you leave. After 12 months of hosting, the site's code is yours too, so you can take the whole site with you. If you cancel before then, the site comes down, but your domain and content stay yours.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace or WordPress. Does that matter?
Not for the mockup. For the rebuild, we'll tell you plainly if staying on your current platform would be cheaper. Sometimes it is.
